Worst case scenario disorder (WCSD)
This morning I pulled the 9 of Swords. For me this is the worst case scenario disorder (WCSD) card. I worry in the middle of the night especially about my logical and biological family, my friends, our country and the planet and myself and it depletes my peace of mind.

Practice Self-Care
This morning I pulled The Four of Swords. This card reminds us that our bodies and minds are incredibly important, even when we are more concerned with our hearts. I am invoking the Hermit. This card reminds me that there is a deep well within and the wisdom and peace to deal with difficult circumstances resides there. It’s okay to spend time alone, walking our own path.

Entering the Liminal
The Ace of Swords often brings swift and sudden news that can break your heart. That’s the card I pulled today. This news cuts away things. The loss will be great but my brother has been sick for awhile and is ready to go. In response I am invoking the Moon. The Moon illuminates our path with slivers of light and guides us to our deepest selves to find the answers we seek.

Building from the ashes
Today I pulled the Five of Cups. This can be seen as a card of loss, regret and/or sorrow. Maybe something is not going well or as you (I) hoped it would. Everything has a beginning, a middle and an end. Impermanence is the nature of life. I am invoking the Star. Just as the Star follows the Tower, this is a card for rebuilding, the Phoenix rising. The Star reminds us (me) we are exactly where we are intended to be.
