This morning I pulled the Devil. Do you have something that you are drawn to, a compulsive behavior, perhaps a passion for someone or something that our culture considers transgressive? You know — the kind of thing that might lead you to say, “the Devil made me do it!”
I am invoking The Page of Swords. I call this page the mindfulness card. She has a beginners mind that is able to see beyond, ignores really, enculturation. This page encourages us to see, know and love ourselves just as we are and just as we are not.
