The Emperor is the king of strategy and that’s what I pulled today. But, strategy goes nowhere without tactics to accomplish your intention. I am invoking the Queen of Swords. The Queen of Swords is the mask cutter. When she sets her mind on something she is virtually impossible to deter or to stop. That’s her strength (and her weakness.)
